To start your training with me:

1.  Create an account with Flight Schedule Pro (or Book a Discovery Flight 👆 - no FTN, Medical Exam, or Knowledge Test needed).

   • I will get a notification and approve you as a user ASAP!

   • This will allow you see the airplane and my availability to schedule at your convenience, pay your bill, etc.

2. Text "FLIGHT" to 520.641.6425 if you want to communicate via text.

3. I will reach out and guide you on the next steps.

4. If you haven't already, register with IACRA to obtain an FTN number.

5. If you haven't already, schedule and get an FAA Medical Exam. Find an Aviation Medical Examiner (AME).

   • Get a First Class Medical if you want to make a career out of flying. Third Class Medical if you're doing this for fun.

6. If you haven't already, I highly recommend studying for and passing the applicable FAA Airman Knowledge Test(s) prior to training.

   • For a Private Pilot this is called the "PAR - Private Pilot Airplane". Use Sporty's to study. FREE!

   • For an Instrument Rating this is called the "IRA - Instrument Rating Airplane". Use Sheppard Air to study - $50.

   • For a Commercial Pilot this is called the "CAX - Commercial Pilot Airplane". Use Sheppard Air to study - $50.

   • These tests are taken at an FAA approved testing center, and can be scheduled via PSI Exams.
